In case you had not heard, SHORE LEAVE will be hosting it\’s 2nd straight virtual fan convention on July 10 & 11, 2021 at www.shore-leave.com.
I\’m told that they\’re going to be using a combination of ZOOM and a system called GATHER TOWN to create a \”virtual convention floor\” where attendees can create their own personalized avatar, and using that will be able to walk about the convention area and converse on-line with other convention attendees using their system\’s camera and microphone.
