\”As Good as It Gets\” Review

Directed by James L. Brooks. With Jack Nicholson, Helen Hunt, Greg Kinnear, Cuba Gooding Jr.. A single mother and waitress, a misanthropic author, and a gay artist form an unlikely friendship after the artist is assaulted in a robbery.

It\’s been a long while since I\’ve watched this, and while I have fond memories of the film, it has not aged very well with some unfortunate language that\’s completely unacceptable today. It\’s still a well made film with a good story, but just know going in that it\’s a product of it\’s time and place.
