A Tripod inspired by the League of Extraordinary Gentlemen comic book. Few words about the design: I\’ve been a huge fan of the comic for nearly 20 years, for example building the Nautilus which I still consider to be perhaps the MOC I\’m most proud of. Already years ago a drafted a tripod from the same comic book, but I never really got the right feeling to it. But right now there seems to be a boom around War of the Worlds, at least 2 new tv-series released recently, and I also run into an awesome tripod build by GunnBuilding so I thought I\’d give it another try. I\’m quite happy with the results considering that it\’s quite difficult to figure out some of the details from the comic book and also Kevin O\’Neill has taken some liberties changing his art from page to page.
