So I got rockband 4 today for the XBOX One along with two fender strat guitars. One of them is working perfectly, however the other one is unable to strum upward. Now the interesting thing is that also pushing UP on the DPAD also doesn\’t scroll upward. However, downward, left, and right on the DPAD work perfectly fine. But, while on the xbox dashboard screen, the guitar is constantly scrolling upwards, even without pushing any buttons.

Does anyone have any idea what\’s going on here and how to fix it? If it does need to be RMA\’d, what is the process for doing so?
