Hi all,

So my son was playing a couple of weeks ago and my daughter accidentally stepped on the portal. Everything is working fine, it\’s just that the portal is a little wobbly and not as secure. I was thinking of having the boy rebuild it just so it\’s secure but I fear that we may have lost a piece or two in the carpet. I grabbed everything I could immediately after it happened, and did try to put it back together the best to my ability, but without the step-by-step instructions it was hard. If he was to try and rebuild it and we are indeed missing a piece or two, is there a way or ordering said piece? If the portal isn\’t fully functional (I\’d say it\’s at 98% complete right now, but should we be missing something and cant get back to 98%), will he even be able to play?
