Bar association urged to disqualify Giuliani over “trial by combat” speech before D.C. riot

Two Democratic congressmen issued a letter to the New York Bar Association, urging them to investigate and disqualify the president’s attorney for encouraging an “agitated, armed crowd,” to engage in violence at the U.S. Capitol.
