A solidly b-level movie that outdoes itself in the special effect deaprtment, with a soundtrack that\’s honestly one of the best parts of the film. I ran into an advertisement for the movie on the back of a comic book that I was bagging and boarding a while ago and the poster seemed interesting enough to look up. It turned out to be a perfectly campy body horror film that tickled my Cronenberg itch that I get between my shoulder blades every now and then, you know the spot, it\’s where your spine would curl out of your body to turn into a tail or scorpion tail.
