Two reason to pick this up:
1 – it sorta features one of the characters from the TV show of the same name.
2 – Sugar & Spike, the goofy / chibi characters from the 50\’s are reimagined as hard boiled detectives that track down unique threats to superheroes.
The Metal Men and Firestorm stories are what you would expect from those character, nothing too exciting, but as I mentioned above, the S&S story is fantastic and interesting, and the Metamorpho is a \’man out of place\’ type of story that mostly takes place on another planet, which is great.
If you can find this for free, I\’d say check it out. I got it for nearly free in a $0.25 bin at a local comic shop.
