Unable to get a reply from support from Patreon

A friend of mine is a content creator on Patreon and he’s having trouble reaching support over his page being taken down for “suspected fraudulent activity.” The notice he got doesn’t go into detail and it’s been 5 days since he sent his ticket in, with the only response he got being automated messages that also don’t explain anything. He’s also tried reaching out to them on twitter with no success. I sent a ticket myself on his behalf, and while I got a response from a person, they didn’t help much either. Is there any way he can get in contact with someone who can help clear up this mess?
